Two killed in explosion at fireworks factory outside Mexico City

Two people were killed in an explosion at a large fireworks factory on the outskirts of Mexico City on Tuesday evening, officials said.
The explosion took place in Tultepec, located about 20 miles (30 km) north of the capital. No additional injuries have been confirmed thus far, the state commission for public safety said.
The production of fireworks is a key economic driver in Tultepec, but the industry has frequently proved deadly. More than three dozen people were killed in December after chain explosions at a popular fireworks market in the area.
