Netanyahu is accused of having engaged in fraud and breach of trust for meeting with Mozes about advancing legislation to cripple his news competitor in exchange for positive coverage.
Although the different gifts given by the businessman were accompanied by code names, Milchan said that he didn't think that there would be legal issues.
Milchan testified that he regularly gave Netanyahu gifts and that code names were used, but they never thought there were legal issues.
Lapid is taking the stand for Case 1000, in which Netanyahu is alleged to have received expensive gifts from Israeli businessman Arnon Milchan.
Lapid is set to take the stand next Monday, and Milchan will give his a few weeks later.
The Prime minister's attorneys met with the A-G last month in an attempt to carry out a mediation process meant to lead to a plea agreement.
