El Al, Austrian expand code share

The move will help the airlines improve service and offer lower prices.

El Al Israel Airlines and Austrian Airlines agreed to share codes on continuing flights through Vienna with Austrian and through Tel Aviv on El Al beginning Spring 2006, El Al said Wednesday. The move will help the airlines improve service and offer lower prices. Austrian noted that the agreement will expand the clientele for both airlines, helping the economies of both Austria and Israel.
