The Spar chain is opening a second branch in Israel and entering the big city, replacing the AMPM branch on Shaul Hamelech Street, which is expected to be open on Saturdays.
The land is zoned for the construction of two residential buildings containing about 300 apartments and 60,000 square meters of office and commercial space.
