The Canadian businessmen Hershey Fridman has agreed in principal to purchase an 89% stake in Tel Aviv-based Aspen Building and Development Co. Ltd. for NIS 105m., Aspen said Monday.
Fridman, who is currently developing real estate projects in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Herzliya and Poland, and Aspen Builders, have agreed to complete the details of the deal no later than June 20.
