Report: Mubarak gave Barak message from Syrian president

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak passed a message from Syrian President Bashar Assad to Defense Minister Ehud Barak during his meeting with the Israeli official in Sharm e-Sheikh, the French news agency AFP reported on Wednesday.
According to the report, the content of the message was not known.
Israeli officials have not yet commented on the report.
