A car bomb exploded Wednesday as worshippers were leaving a Shi'ite mosque northeast of Baghdad, killing at least 20 people and injuring 32 others, police said.
The blast occurred near the Huweder mosque in a village near Baqouba, 60 kilometers northeast of Baghdad, police Lt. Col. Falah al-Mohammedawi said.
A bomb hidden in a truck carrying dates exploded in the same village October 29, killing 30 people.
