Four more towers for Bavli

The four towers will be 38 stories, with at least 162 apartments in each tower, for a total of 648 apartments.

The upscale Bavli neighborhood in north Tel Aviv will gain four more luxury residential towers in the latest building project being planned for the area, reports www.local.co.il. The new project, to be located opposite the landmark Yoo building near Derech Hahalacha, will contain four towers of at least 38 stories each, with at least 162 apartments in each tower, for a total of 648 apartments. According to the report, the builders have also struck a deal in which, in return for carrying out "public tasks," they will be able to add up to six stories to each building, adding a total of 110 apartments to the project. The A. Dori building company, which will build the towers in conjunction with other companies, is expected to earn at least NIS 600 million from the project.
