The new project, to be located opposite the landmark Yoo building near Derech Hahalacha, will contain four towers of at least 38 stories each, with at least 162 apartments in each tower, for a total of 648 apartments.
According to the report, the builders have also struck a deal in which, in return for carrying out "public tasks," they will be able to add up to six stories to each building, adding a total of 110 apartments to the project.
