Police arrest neo-Nazis suspected of attacking Jewish man in Prague

Police detained three young neo-Nazis who allegedly attacked a Jewish man in Prague on Tuesday evening. Police spokeswoman Eva Brozova said the three allegedly kicked a 52-year-old man and hit him with a cobblestone in Prague's historic Jewish quarter. If they are tried and convicted of racism, hooliganism and causing bodily harm, they may be imprisoned for five years. Tomas Kraus, secretary of the Federation of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic, said the victim is man of German origin who lives in Prague. Kraus said the attack had nothing to do with a meeting of European rabbis taking place in Prague this week.
