Three environmental bills pass preliminary readings in the Knesset

The Knesset approved three environmental bills for preliminary readings on Wednesday.
The first was a bill to encourage cycling in Israel. The second, a bill to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. The third was a bill that would mandate water saving devices on all faucets in public buildings.
