Senior Bank Massad worker suspected of leaking credit card information

A senior worker at Bank Massad in Netanya was arrested on suspicion of having divulged customers' new credit card information to criminals, Israel Radio reported. According to the report, the criminals used the information to make large purchases. The police also suspects that the criminals distributed amongst gas station workers the technological means to copy details from credit cards and then used the information to forge cards. According to suspicions, a Netanya resident who was in debt to a local crime organization was behind the scheme. Three more were arrested in connection with the case.
