A Raman Gan woman was stabbed to death on Monday morning in what appeared to be a fight with her neighbor.
The neighbor, a young man who lived in the building, was suspected of attacking the woman as she left her house.
The victim was seriously hurt in the attack, and later died of her wounds.
Two weeks ago, the man was arrested on suspicion of attacking the woman's 22-year-old son. The Magistrate's Court ordered the former to undergo a psychiatric evaluation but his attorney appealed the decision to the District Court, which overruled the decision and sent him home with bail.
