A Rishon Letzion man was arrested on Sunday after he allegedly shot and killed his neighbor during an argument over the construction of a backyard fence.
Yossi Barenboim, 47, was shot dead on Sunday in front of his house on Rehov Shikma in Rishon Letzion.
Police detained Barenboim's next-door neighbor, who they said fought with the victim after one accused the other of throwing rocks at his house.
