Police has placed seven employees of a pro-peace radio station based in the West Bank under house arrest.
Police alleged that RAM-FM is broadcasting without a license. Earlier this week, police raided the station's Jerusalem office and seized its transmission equipment. Seven employees were also detained overnight before they were freed on bail.
RAM-FM maintains it operates legally because it has a Palestinian broadcast license.
