MKs meet Arab parliament representatives in Jordan

Deputy Knesset Speaker Majallie Whbee and MK Amira Dotan (Kadima) left for Jordan on Sunday night to meet with parliament representatives from Arab nations in the region, it was reported on Monday. Whbee noted that during his meeting with parliament members from Egypt, Syria, Jordan, and Tunis, there was full consensus to return to the negotiating table and halt the acts of violence and terror that permeate the region. "All the representatives of Arab countries who were present at the meetings agreed to go back to talking about the peace process in the region, and there is no doubt that this is a slap in the face for the Hamas government and its extreme activity in the Palestinian Authority," he said.
