Marie Pisam to remain in custody until end of hearing, court rules
By JPOST.COM STAFF
Marie Pisam, accused of murdering her four-year-old daughter Rose in 2008, will remain in custody until the end of her hearing, the Petah Tikva Magistrates Court ruled Monday. However, if the judge is presented with a reasonable alternative period of remand, he will not prevent her release, he said after announcing his decision.
Rose was missing for over two months before police found her body in a suitcase in the Yarkon River in August.
