Livni: Gaza first and foremost Palestinian problem

Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni said Thursday while on a visit to Sderot that Gaza is first and foremost a Palestinian problem, and then an Israeli problem, Israel Radio reported.
Nevertheless, she added, if Gaza continues to pose a threat, Israel would not hesitate to use military force to protect its citizens.
