J'lem man to be indicted for murdering father-in-law

A 53-year-old man will be indicted in a Jerusalem court on Monday for murdering his father-in-law last month, police said Sunday. Giora Kurtzki was arrested last month for the gruesome August 17 murder of Eli Sabagh, 60, in his flat in the southern Jerusalem neighborhood of Gilo. A court gag order which had been in place on the case was lifted on Sunday afternoon. According to police, Kurtzki, who is the ex-husband of Sabagh's daughter, killed his father-in-law as a result of a messy divorce case which has gone on over the last three years. Kurtzki, who was apprehended in his brother's Tel Aviv apartment the very day after the murder, has denied the allegations against him, police said.
