Israel Prize for law to go to Rubinstein, Lapidot

The Israel Prize for the study of law will go this year to Prof. Amnon Rubinstein of the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center and to Prof. Ruth Lapidot of Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Rubinstein is considered the father of Israeli constitutional law, and served for many years in the Knesset and as minister of education. Lapidot is a world-renowned expert in international law who has published articles in many distinguished journals. The prizes will be handed out on Israel Independence Day.
