IDF troops shot and killed a Palestinian who was trying to infiltrate Israel through the security fence near the Kalandiya refugee camp, north of Ramallah, on Thursday morning.
The soldiers saw the man attempting to cut his way through the fence and fired at his lower body.
The soldiers tried to treat the man on the spot, but he died from his wounds.
