IDF troops in cooperation with the Shin Bet arrested Muhammad Daoud, a Tanzim operative who was planning a shooting attack in the Bethlehem area, it was released for publication Monday evening.
Daoud, who was caught in the village of Walaja near Jerusalem, was transferred to security forces for questioning.
