House Committee enables deputy ministers to vote in committee meetings
By REBECCA ANNA STOIL
The Knesset House Committee passed Tuesday morning a change to the procedure that would allow deputy ministers to vote in committee meetings.
The move was described by opposition members, who boycotted the vote, as "anti-democratic."
The vote effectively returned Knesset procedure to the state it was in prior to the 18th Knesset.
