Homesh activists begin leaving site; 2 arrested

Hundreds of activists began leaving the former settlement of Homesh on Tuesday evening, after they claimed that the IDF was refusing to provide buses for them as they had in the past. Meanwhile, two activists were arrested during the event, which was not authorized by the IDF. One of the marchers was detained for allegedly attacking the Shomron Brigade commander, Col. Amir Baram, and the other for attempting to run down one of the other brigade commanders in the area. The suspects will be brought before a judge later in the evening.
