Girl with serious head wound transferred to Rambam

An 8-year-old girl was transferred by helicopter from Ziv Hospital in Safed to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.
The girl suffered serious wounds to her head from shrapnel from a Katyusha rocket earlier in the day.
