Gasoline prices to rise on July 1

On midnight of July 1 the price of gasoline will rise. The new prices will be 6.17 shekels for a liter of 95-octane unleaded gasoline and 6.19 for a liter of 96-octane gasoline. A spokesperson for the national infrastructure ministry said that if it weren't for the sharp rise in the value of the dollar (6.89%), prices of gas would have decreased by 1.32%.
