Barak: Hizbullah stronger than ever, has more rockets than before war

Hizbullah has acquired a greater number of rockets than it had on the eve of the Second Lebanon War and is now stronger than ever, Army Radio quoted Defense Minister Ehud Barak as saying Monday.
Barak said Israel's leaders during the war failed to implement the principle of achieving victory as swiftly as possible.
