Ban Ki-Moon: Construction of homes in e. J'lem will harm talks with PA

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon said on Thursday night that Israel's declaration to build 300 residential units in east Jerusalem's Har Hotzvim neighborhood does not assist negotiations with the Palestinians.
Palestinian sources complained that Sunday's announcement is likely to harm the peace process.
