Artists mark June 5 anniversary with a protest

Israeli and Palestinian artists who "oppose the occupation and continue to call for its immediate end," opened a joint exhibition at the Jerusalem Artists House on Monday. The six-day show presents hundreds of images sent via E-mail by artists from Israel, the Palestinian territories and around the world, in response to an internet chain letter. All the images were printed in an A4 format and hung without selection or editing. The display has been organized by artists Larry Abramson, David Tartakover, Saliman Mantzur and David Reeb. The exhibition will close on June 10.
