Tom Green, one of the most unpredictable comedy personalities ever to be on MTV, is coming to Israel next month as part of his stand-up world tour. The Canadian actor and comic will be performing on May 26 at Tel Aviv’s Ozen Bar and the following day at Zappa Herzliya.
Green, who began his entertainment a career in the early ’90s as a rapper, was an immediate hit in the 1990s with his Tom Green Show on MTV. The show presented guerrilla-style street interviews, risk-taking pranks and disgustingly hilarious behavior.

In 2001 Green made headlines when he married Hollywood sweetheart Drew Barrymore.
Nine months later, the pair divorced.
Green launched his podcast, the Tom Green Radio podcast, in 2013 and since then it has been one of the most downloaded podcasts on iTunes. His most recent one-hour comedy special received rave reviews and is available on Showtime and Netflix.
In recent years he has been spending a lot of time on the road, touring comedy festivals from Melbourne to Montreal and all over the United States.
