Norway hopes that in the near future the EU will fully recognize the new Palestinian Authority unity government and will renew all official ties with the Palestinian leadership, Israel Radio reported Wednesday morning.
Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store recently discussed ways of unfreezing European financial assistance to the PA with Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa.
Gahr Store said that several of the EU member countries have already normalized their ties in practice with the Palestinians.
