Three US Marines and one Army soldier were killed while conducting combat operations in western Iraq, the US military said Monday.
The soldier and one Marine were killed Sunday while fighting in the Anbar province, the statements said without giving further details. The other Marine deaths occurred Saturday and Monday, the statements said.
