Demjanjuk deportation trial continues

An Ohio man accused of being a Nazi death camp guard moaned in pain during the opening of a hearing Tuesday to determine whether he should be removed from the United States. John Demjanjuk, who lost his US citizenship based on a Justice Department case that he was a Nazi concentration camp guard during World War II, asked that his deportation from the United States be deferred because he fears he could face torture if sent to his native Ukraine.
