Bush: We expect Iran, Syria to keep Iraq promises

US President George W. Bush said Sunday night during a visit to Colombia that Syrian and Iranian representatives had made substantial declarations during the conference in Baghdad over the weekend, Israel Radio reported. Speaking in Bogota, Bush said he expected the two countries to abide by their promises and refrain from sending fighters and weapons to Iraqi insurgent groups.
