20 more bodies in post election violence in Nigeria

Twenty more bodies have been brought to the main mosque in the central Nigerian city of Jos for burial rites on a second day of post election violence. At least 35 people are now confirmed dead in two days of rioting. More churches and mosques were burned Saturday after a night of gunfire and explosions. Religious and community leaders have made radio broadcasts pleading for calm and the military is patrolling the streets. Most people are staying home and violence appears to have ebbed by midday.
