HOT Mobile Ltd. and Golan Telecom Ltd. have reportedly recruited 15,000 to 20,000 subscribers since their launches earlier this week with low-cost, all-inclusive plans. Veteran carriers Cellcom Israel Ltd., Orange franchisee Partner Communications Ltd. and Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Co. Ltd. subsidiary Pelephone Communications Ltd. are introducing their own low-cost, all-inclusive plans.
