Peer39, an on-line marketplace based in New York with research & development operations in Lod, said Wednesday it has raised $3 million in Series A venture capital financing.
The round of funding for the start-up was lead by New York-based Dawntreader Ventures. Former Shopping.com chief executive officer Dan Ciporin is a seed investor and is on the company's board of directors.
