Israel Police arrested a 30-year-old resident of Tel Aviv on Friday night on suspicion that he had broken into a Tel Aviv apartment a few nights earlier, brutally assaulted and then raped the woman who lived there.
The victim, who is in her 50s, was evacuated to Tel Aviv's Sourasky Medical Center following the incident with fractures to her body and a bruise on her head.
