Rivlin's visit to the Gaza border postponed

President Reuven Rivlin visit to the Bedouin Battalion at the Gaza Border on Thursday was postponed due to a mild flu, the president's office said Thursday.

During the visit, the president will receive a survey of the sector and tasks assigned to the Bedouin Battalion. The visit will be accompanied by Deputy Chief of Staff, Maj. Gen. Aviv Kochavi, Commander of the Southern Comman, Maj. Gen. Hertzi Halevy, and Commander of the Gaza Division Brigadier, Gen. Yehuda Fuchs.

A new date for the visit will soon be announced, the office said.
