Red alert sirens activated in town surrounding Gaza Strip

Rocket sirens were activated in several town surrounding the Gaza Strip on Tuesday evening, the IDF Spokesperson's Unit reported.
The sirens were heard throughout the Sha'ar HaNegev Regional Council.
One rocket was intercepted by an Iron Dome battery, the IDF reported.
No injuries were reported.
Earlier Tuesday, the IDF announced that it had exposed a terrorist tunnel that entered Israeli territory from southern Gaza Strip.
