Kinneret water level rises by 3.5 centimeters

The water level in the Kinneret rose by three-and-a-half centimeters over the weekend, the Water Authority reported.
According to the Water Authority, the lake still stands 66 centimeters below the "lower red line" and some five meters below the "upper red line" - its full level.
