J'lem court releases Mt. Herzl suspect to house arrest

The Jerusalem District Court released on Monday one of the suspects detained in connection with last week's fatal lighting rig collapse to house arrest on a conditional basis.
Elad Levy, the owner Itzuv Bama, was released to seven days house arrest. He cannot contact anyone for 30 days, as the investigation is continuing. He also has to  pay a number of financial guarantees.
His lawyer, Kobi Kamar, said Levy still stands by his claim that the company received a permit.  Kamar denied that the suspects are implicating each other.
