MOSCOW - Iran and world powers failed toresolve differences over Tehran's nuclear program on Tuesdayand agreed to a technical follow-up meeting in Istanbul on July3, European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said.Ashton, who led the delegation representing the UnitedStates, China, Russia, France, Britain and Germany at two daysof talks in Moscow, told reporters significant differencesremained between the two sides.
