Soldiers from the IDF's Kfir Brigade arrested three Palestinians near Beit Fajar in the Hebron area who were reportedly planning on throwing Molotov cocktails, Ynet reported.
The suspects were found to have six Molotov cocktails with them at the time of their arrest.
The three suspects have been transferred to security forces for interrogation.
The arrest comes amid rising tensions in Hebron, following multiple incidents of Jewish settlers assaulting and harassing Palestinians.
On Friday night, a Palestinian was assaulted by a mob of Jewish settlers.
The man, Ibrhaim Badar, told Ynet he was simply walking down the street when he was assaulted.
Two soldiers from the Golani Brigade intervened and saved him, but despite their heroism, Badar noted that none of the mob were arrested at the time.
Attorney Itamar Ben-Gvir, who is representing the Jewish settlers, said that Badar had provoked his clients and was responsible.
"It must be understood that some Hebron Arabs have learned a method, t
o provoke the Jews and take photos," he said, according to Israeli media reports.
In another incident, Palestinian cars were pelted with rocks, Ynet reported.
