IAEA: Iran is building another U-235 enrichment facility

The IAEA confirmed to the AP today that Iran has initiated the construction of an underground centrifuge assembly plant.
Iran had previously constructed a different Uranium enrichment facility, but it was destroyed in an explosion back in July.
The head of the IAEA added that Iran is "continuing to garner and gather massive quantities of low-enriched Uranium," which contains 3-5% concentration of U-235, commonly used for nuclear bombs.
