After many complaints from hospital visitors that they were overcharged for parking, the Health Ministry acceded to the Knesset Public Complaints Committee and said it would enforce a number of regulations.These include: Visitors who park for only half an hour will not have to pay; a prominent sign on the right of patients’ first-degree relatives to park for an unlimited time after 30 days of hospitalization must be posted (including those of patients that are moved from one department to another); and the maximum fee will be NIS 20 a day (except for private parking facilities built by entrepreneurs at Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem’s Ein Kerem).IDF Spokesperson: 'We're considering Hamas's response'
