'Executive is using Abergil's reputation to void mediation'

The lawyer for Israeli mafia-don Meir Abergil alleged that the head of Ashkelon construction company Globus International Shlomo Shukrun is using Abergil's past reputation as a known-criminal to void a mediation agreement he signed with Yigal Landau co-CEO of Ratio, Channel 2 reported Sunday evening.
Abergil's attorney alleged that both Landau and Shukrun had asked him to recommend a mediator to decide a business dispute between them because "they distrusted each other so much." He continued, Shukrun filed a court complaint alleging he had been threatened with violence by Abergil associates because he feared he would lose the mediation and was seeking any means to invalidate the mediation agreement he had signed with Landau.
Ratio, is one of the companies responsible for the major natural gas discoveries of Israel’s northern coast, including the Leviathan field, estimated to hold 450 billion cubic meters of natural gas.
