The National Burns Unit at Sheba Medical Center reported on Wednesday afternoon that there has been a deterioration in the condition of IDF veteran and PTSD patient Itzik Saidian, who was hospitalized last week in critical condition after setting himself on fire in protest in front of the Defense Ministry’s Rehabilitation Division in Petah Tikva.
The hospital reported that he is currently in critical condition and there is an immediate risk to his life.
