STAVROPOL, Russia — Seven people were killed in a bombing on Wednesday evening in the city of Stavropol in southern Russia.Russian officials said that 28 others were wounded in what is being called a terrorist act.The explosion took place near an outdoor cafe that serves as a cultural center, shortly before a renowned Chechen dance company was scheduled to perform there.
