Asher Palmer's family, state reach agreement in High Court

The family of Asher Hillel Palmer, the 25 year old man killed when their car overturned on Route 60 near Kiryat Arba in the West Bank on Friday, have reached an agreement with the state to have blood samples taken from the bodies of Palmer and his infant son Yehonatan.

The agreement came after the State Attorney's Office petitioned the High Court of Justice after Palmer's family refused the state permission to conduct an autopsy on the bodies, to determine the cause of death.

Police suspect that a rock thrown at the car might have caused the accident that killed Palmer and his son.
