Ukrainian dam flooding death toll stands at 17

A total of seventeen people have died in Ukraine-held territory from flooding caused by the Kakhovka Dam burst, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said Sunday night. 

Thirteen people had drowned, and four had been wounded during evacuation. Thirty-one people were said to have remained unaccounted for.

On Thursday, a Russian official said that eighteen had died from the flooding in Russian-held territory.
